Warm Golden Milk Smoothie

It’s rich in antioxidants, and that’s not all, the creamy, delicious drink is full of beautiful warming spices that will make you feel cozy on those cool nights.
Warm Golden Milk Smoothie
Yield: 1-2
Total time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk or any plant milk
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of cardamom (optional)
- 2 to 3 madjool dates pitted
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients in the high-speed blender and blend for about 1 to 2 minutes until the milk is nice, creamy and kind of warm.
- If you using a regular blender, blend longer until it warms up, I promise it will. It doesn’t have to be hot to enjoy. You might have to strain it to get the smooth creamy milk unless you don’t mind a few dates.
Tips:
- Here we are using dates as a sweetener, I do recommend using about 3 or you can use honey or maple syrup.
