Tropical Mango-Cashew Milk / Zero Waste Energy Balls
Jump to RecipeWho’s ready for a taste of the tropics? I made these incredible Tropical Mango-Cashew Energy Balls using the leftover pulp from my homemade mango-cashew milk, and they’re SO dreamy!
First, I whipped up a deliciously creamy tropical milk in my Nama M1 Milk Maker in just under 2 minutes—cashews, mango, coconut, vanilla, a touch of maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and water. It turned out AMAZING!
Then, I used the leftover pulp to make these no-bake, chocolate-coated energy balls that are perfect for a quick snack or a post-workout treat! Just process the pulp with oats, coconut, dates, and a hint of salt, roll into balls, coat in chocolate, and finish with a sprinkle of coconut. These tropical treats are perfect for an energy boost and bring a little island vibe to your day!
