If you're looking for a guilt-free dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth and supports your health goals, you're going to love these Healthy High-Protein Peanut Banana Chocolate Popsicles. Made with real, nourishing ingredients, these frozen treats are creamy, rich, and have the perfect crunch from a drizzle of chocolate and nuts. They're like your childhood favorite—but better.

Why make your own popsicles instead of buying them?

Let’s be honest—most store-bought popsicles are packed with added sugars, artificial flavors, and preservatives. Even the "healthy" versions can contain fillers or low-quality ingredients. These homemade popsicles are:

High in protein – Thanks to the vanilla yogurt and peanut butter, each pop gives your body the building blocks it needs to stay strong and energized.
Naturally sweetened – Maple syrup or agave gives you just the right amount of sweetness without refined sugar.
Gut-friendly – Yogurt adds beneficial probiotics to support digestion and overall gut health.
Whole-food based – No chemicals, no dyes—just real ingredients you can pronounce.
Customizable – You can switch out the nuts, use dairy-free yogurt, or adjust sweetness to suit your taste.

Protein-Packed Peanut Banana Popsicles Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your vanilla yogurt (plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or any nut butter you prefer
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
  • 1 ripe banana, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix: In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup (or agave), and banana until smooth.
  2. Form: On a parchment-lined tray, spoon about 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture into a mound. Flatten slightly. Insert a popsicle stick into each.  Parchment paper helps from sticking to the surface.
  3. Top: Sprinkle with chopped nuts—hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, or whatever you love.
  4. Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until completely frozen.
  5. Chocolate drizzle: In a double boiler or microwave, melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil until smooth. Drizzle generously over your frozen pops.
  6. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month in airtight container.

That’s it! A few minutes of prep, and you've got a freezer full of delicious, nourishing snacks that everyone will love.
