  • 1 mango chopped
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup to taste optional
  • Extra pomegranate for topping optional


  1. Place all the ingredients as listed in 500 ml jar and topped it with plant milk of your choice to the top.
  2. You can mix all the ingredients before storing in the fridge overnight. Place the lid.
