Green Pea Avocado Spread

Jump to Recipe

Green Pea spread is amazing and versatile. It’s full of fiber, protein, good fats, and flavorful. It’s simple, quick, and easy to make and most people have all these ingredients on hand in the kitchen. I love adding frozen peas to so many of my dishes. Spread it on wraps, sandwiches or serve it as a dip with veggies or use it as a creamy dressing. I love using this spread on my cucumber noodles as well, so good!
