Hemp Milk (omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids )
Yields 3 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup hempseeds (4 tbsp)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
Layered jars (You will need 500 ml (16 oz) jars)
- 1 cup oats (Divided between 2 jars)

- 1 cup wild blueberries (I used frozen) (Divided between 2 jars)
Direction:
- Milk. Naturally Sweeten. Place all the milk ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If your dates are hard, soaked them in hot water for 20 min. This will yield 3 cups.
- Layered the jar. Start by placing 1/2 cup of oats in the jar, and then 1 cup of hemp milk. Mix until combined. Next top with 1/2 mango chopped and 1/2 cup wild blueberries. Do not mix until you serve. Store overnight in the fridge. It can be warmed up if you wish the next day. Enjoy.
Tips:
- You can add cinnamon, raisins, or any nuts you like if you wish.
- Feel free to use any plant milk you like.
