5 Delicious Chia Pudding Recipes
Jump to RecipeChia pudding is one of the easiest, healthiest, and most versatile recipes you can make! These tiny superfood seeds transform into a creamy, satisfying treat packed with omega-3s, fiber, protein, and antioxidants. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or even dessert, chia pudding is endlessly customizable. In this post, I’ll share 5 of my favorite chia pudding recipes that are simple to make, nutritious, and absolutely delicious.
Chia pudding is a creamy, tapioca-like dessert made by combining chia seeds with liquid. These little seeds swell and form a gel-like texture when mixed with liquid, making them the perfect base for a healthy pudding.
The best part? You only need two basic ingredients—chia seeds and liquid like plant-based milk, water, or juice. Once you’ve mastered the base, the flavor possibilities are endless!
Tips for Perfect Chia Pudding
- Fresh Chia Seeds: Old seeds may not absorb liquid properly, so always use fresh ones.
- Double Stir: Stir once after mixing and again after 5 minutes to prevent clumps.
- Make Ahead: Store chia pudding in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze in jars for longer storage.
- Use Fresh Homemade Milk: For the best flavor and nutrition, try making fresh almond or coconut milk.
