Incorporating Juicing has helped me in my healing journey from chronic conditions. I have read and researched that Juicing can quickly lessen inflammation which I had lots of and give our bodies a break to heal while we figure out a healthy way of eating that supports our life. Juicing gives your digestive system a break by flooding your body with nutrients and minerals with minimal energy exerted and using the nutrients to heal and regenerate your body.

Juice cleanse has many benefits, it improves sleep, clears the skin, boosts your immune system, removes toxins from your body, aids digestion and it helps you lose weight.

Watching the Fat and Nearly Dead documentary is what inspires me to start juicing. I started with drinking one juice a day, then two juices a day. This is where, I start feeling more comfortable in trying a 1-day juice fast then, I tried 2 day juice fast and now this is my second time around doing 3 Day Juice Cleanse.

Here are my juice recipes that I had on my 3-day juice cleanse. They are easy, simple, delicious, alkaline, and healing. The produce listed below makes 1 litter or a little more of each juice.

Orange Sunshine Juice

  • 12 oranges (use citrus juicer for best results )
  • 1-inch fresh ginger (use garlic press)
  • 1-inch fresh turmeric

Green Herb Juice

  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 apples
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 5 celery ribs

Green Pineapple Juice

  • 1 pineapple peeled
  • 2 apples
  • 4 celery ribs
  • some parsley
  • 1-inch fresh ginger
  • 1-inch fresh turmeric

Detox Beet Juice

  • 2 beets peeled
  • 4 apples
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 10 small carrots

Red Cabbage Juice

  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 6 apples
  • 5 celery ribs
  • bunch of cilantro
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger

Alkaline Green Juice

  • 1 celery stalk
  • 6 apples
  • 1 bunch of Kale
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1-inch fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon

Apple Carrot Juice

  • 5 carrots
  • 5 apples
  • 4 celery ribs
  • some parsley
  • 1 lime
  • 1-inch fresh ginger

Watermelon Lime Juice

This juice is an extra addition to the 3rd day

  • 1/2 medium watermelon peeled
  • 1 lime peeled

Something I forgot to ask in my previous comment, is what do you do after the 3 day cleanse? Just go back to eating normally? I want to do a complete gut and colon cleanse but 3 days doesn’t seem enough.

I’ve been thinking about doing a three day juice cleanse because I kind of want a reset and to see how my body feels without all the heavy stuff. It’s not about being super strict or dramatic, I just want to slow down for a few days and do something that feels intentional. Three days feels manageable, like something I can actually stick to, and I’m curious if it’ll help me feel a little lighter, clearer, or just more aware of what my body needs.
